Website Design Projects are beforehand agreed upon set pricing for a contract of work with Canada Web Pro Included with every web design project is a 30 day period of time after website launch where you can request minor modifications as included in the project. This is normal. The goal is your complete satisfaction with your Webnetave web design project. If the issue is because of accidental deleted content, deleted pages, or any other user errors while updating the site, we would have to look to assess those depending on just how much work would be needed as we have already been paid for such in the project. If extra costs need to be incurred we would only proceed after you agree to them.
Canada Web Pro also includes 30 minutes per month of website updating should with your web hosting plan for the project hosted with us. After 30 days, website update requests are chargeable at our hourly rate of CAD $99/hr. If the issue you are having is related to the quality of our design work contact us and we will work to correct it, within 1 year of initial work.
Sometimes, browsers (Chrome/Safari/Firefox etc.) have updates and most do not affect the web designs. That said, we have no control over how browsers decide to interpret code if they change a standard. Although it is rare, if such an incident happens, and a web page suddenly is not looking correct in a browser , because the browser company has changed how they present website code, then our Prepaid Website Updating Service will be needed to correct it on your website.

Website Updating Service is a prepaid service where a set number of hours are prepaid and then earned by Canada Web Pro. If the issue you are having is related to the quality of our design work contact us and we will work to correct it.
